Every month Pentax Australia runs a challenge on their Facebook page for owners of Pentax cameras; with each of the challenges having a specific theme such as black and white. Typically they receive over 1000 submissions which are then sorted by Pentax Australia into two final selections, the Fantastic 50 and the Perfect 10.
I have been fortunate enough to finish in the final 10 in their last two monthly challenges which were black and white and the great outdoors. It’s well worth a visit to their Facebook page to look at the albums for the monthly challenges as.the depth of talent from everyone who submits is incredible; the work is truly inspiring. Plus its a great community of photographers to be a part of.
This months challenge is In and Around Town with the aim of trying to capture objects you see every day in a new way. So if you have a Pentax camera and you live in Australia make sure to join in its a lot of fun!
